2. Service Description

2.1 CutiePawMask

CutiePawMask is a photography application for children that allows:

• Taking photos with your device's camera
• Applying fun animal and object masks to detected faces
• Saving created photos to your device's gallery
• Using zoom and timer features

2.2 Free Service

All our applications are completely free. There are:

• No in-app purchases
• No subscriptions
• No advertising
• No hidden fees

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 You agree to:

• Use the application responsibly and appropriately
• Not create offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content for children
• Respect the rights of others (privacy, image rights, etc.)
• Not use the application to harass, bully, or threaten others
• Not attempt to circumvent the application's security measures

3.2 You agree NOT to:

• Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the application
• Use the application for commercial purposes without written authorization
• Attempt to access servers or systems in an unauthorized manner
• Distribute viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Violate local, national, or international laws

4. Intellectual Property

CuteLens Studio and all our applications, including but not limited to:

• The "CuteLens Studio" name and logo
• The "CutiePawMask" name and logo
• Masks, graphics, and designs
• Source code and application architecture
• All content created by CuteLens Studio

are the exclusive property of CuteLens Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to photos you create with our application. You are free to:

• Use your photos for personal purposes
• Share your photos on social media
• Print your photos
• Delete your photos at any time

4.3 Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application in accordance with these terms, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

5. Privacy and Data

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Application Permissions

CutiePawMask requires the following permissions to function:

6.1 Camera

Why: To take photos and apply masks in real-time.

When: Only when you actively use the camera function.

6.2 Storage

Why: To save the photos you create to your gallery.

When: Only when you take a photo.

6.3 Internet (optional)

Why: To temporarily upload photos to our servers (if you wish).

When: Only if you choose to use this feature.

Important note: You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings, but this may limit some app features.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Use at Your Own Risk

The application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:

• The application will always be available or uninterrupted
• The application will be free from errors or bugs
• Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• All bugs will be fixed

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, concerning the application.

7.3 Limitation of Damages
